WHAT YOU'LL NEED
WET INGREDIENTS
2 large ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
DRY INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup oat flour or vanilla protein powder for high protein option
1 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
(Optional) top with coconut flakes

Preheat your oven to 175c

Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl until smooth

Add dry ingredients until fully combined
