Among order verification and payment approval, orders will be dispatched usually within 5-10 business days once the order is confirmed. Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days in Hong Kong and/or Australia. When your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent. Please keep this email as reference as it will include your tracking number, carrier and instructions on how to track your package.To check the status of your orders, log in to your account on our site and simply view the Order History in the My Account section. 1.1 Delivery to Hong Kong SAR & Australia
We are offering Free Complimentary Shipping on all Hong Kong SAR & Australia orders. Orders within Hong Kong will be shipped via SF Express within 1-3 business days. Orders within Australia will be shipped via Couriers Please ATL, Sendle, or Australia Post within 1-3 business days.Shipping times may take up to 14 days depending on whether the inventory is coming from either region. For inventory that is coming from Australia to Hong Kong SAR, orders will be shipped via Australia Post, Toll Express Parcel or Sendle Premium International. For inventory that is coming from Hong Kong to Australia, orders will be shipped via Quantum Q-Sure, HK Post e-Express or most appropriate courier partner via our fulfilment services from easyship.
